Wry Neck in Chickens

Hello everyone! I need help… can this be wry neck? I have a feeling if it is it was caused by an injury from one of our other chicks… if it is wry neck, would I need extra vitamins for her and will it clear up or will she have this long term?? She is walking backwards and can not lift her neck on her own… thanks in advance!

I don’t think it’s wry neck. Wry neck causes them to look up, not down (also known as stargazing). You can try the vitamins, but I think it may be a neck injury.
