We had one that was real malformed like that but it was also a triple yolk or so it was almost 5 inches long! I felt so sorry for that girl!

It happens sometimes. It is nothin to worry about unless it happens a lot. Meaning the hen lays those frequently then it could be caused from a disease.
If you have multiple hens laying them only then is it nutritional.
If this is the only one all year, it’s called a fluke and nothing to worry about. It’s important to not get reactive. If you change their feed or start trying to supplement over a single egg, you can cause more harm than good.

It seems you’ve gotten great answers to your question but…..I just have to comment about how big those eggs are, since it seems no one else has. Lol. I don’t know if maybe it is the angle or whoever’s hand that is is really small but, wow those look huge!

yup definately an extinct raptor egg.. to small for a rex but well worth hatching will make you famous unless there is an image of a white anglo saxon man with long hair on the other side in which case you will be hugely rich .. or it could just be an old wallnut
